We do not carry your type of handle with the thumb turn at the top of the housing but take a look at the 82-030 handle set that comes in the beige color. This has a "floating" thumb turn that can be set in the location needed. It correlates to the mortise latch like the 82-218. 

You might have to adapt the handle to your door. Take a look at the hole location in your door and the hole were the thumb turn needs to be see if you can use this handle. Also, view the related videos on these parts. Thanks for posting!
