We may have a replacement for this, but we need the exact distance between the screwholes in the cabinet, on the back. Can you send us that?

Looking at the photo I would say it would be 5 1/4"

Are you able to re-measure? A reading from a photo is not accurate due to perspective. If it were actually 5-1/8", a 5-1/4" handle would be a very poor fit.

Seeing this thread. I have the same handles. Thomasville bellasera night stand. Center screw to center screw is 5.25". I have a broken handle and would like to replace if available.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Craig. I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a drawer handle with a 5-1/4" hole spacing. The largest handle in our inventory is the 22-200, but the hole center spacing on this is only 5".
I am sorry for the inconvenience. Yours is just a little bit too big for any of our products to work.
