Benchmark Steel BiFold Door Replacement parts

These doors are in great condition but the track and pins seems to be on its last leg. The doors squeak horribly and keep coming off the track. Can you assist me in what parts I need to fix the door in perfect working condition again. Thank you. I have included pictures. The doorway for the doors is 60" wide.

Take a look at our 21-002 pivot pin, 21-044 guide pin, 21-163 nylon bushings and 21-209 pivot bracket. The tracks have been discontinued, but you can substitute with our 21-402.

I planned buying everything you recommended but does the parts come with instructions ?
