1-top track
2-4 pins and pin hardware
3- Do I need a bottom track or just pivot bracket?

To start out, I recommend that you consider our 21-401 as both the top and bottom track. For the bottom adjusting pin, see our 21-002. For the rest of the pins, see our 21-044.
