Bent assembly

A home owner from 13787 says:
This assembly came off an Anderson Perma Shield casement window, possibly model C14T. It looks like it's from 1986. The entire assembly is bent and needs to be replaced. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciate. Thank you.

I actually don't think Andersen makes this hinge anymore. However I have been told by some friends in the field that they got our 36-048 kit to work just fine as a substitute. The trick is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time so that the operation of the window is symmetrical. The video below will go into more detail.
