Bent bracket stud

Question

The piece I need is the 1" x 2-1/3" plate. I believe the three that are bent are because no one ever cleaned the rubber seal around the casement window. So when you try to open them they stick very firmly and take a fare amount of pressure to open. I have three casement windows where the operator stud has bent, all in the same place. Which operator, which stud, do I need?
