Bent and missing parts

A home owner from Reno, NV says:
Hi, We have vinyl fold out windows in a rental property. A few windows awe missing the push tab to release the top of the window from the sill. That is shown in the first two pictures. One in place and one missing. The last two pictures show the metal bar at the base of the window that holds it in to the spring and allows it to tilt out. One side is bent and the opposite side is completely missing. We do not know what brand the windows are. They were put in before we bought the house. Can you please help identify the parts?

Thank you,
Karen

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Before we can suggest a replacement sash release lever, we would like for you to carefully remove one with a thin putty knife. We need to see an additional photo showing the locking "forks". Don't forget to include the dimensions.

For your pivot bar, see our 26-068 to see if this will make a good substitute.
