We have Better Bilt windows in our home we installed around 2005-2007. About a year ago the spring that holds the window and helps it slide up and down broke while opening the window. We took the pieces off so we can still use the window but I would like it to stay open by itself one day. I believe we need two of the parts with the coils and the two plastic pieces with the screw in it to hold the other end of the coil. Any idea on the parts we need and how to install them would be appreciated.

See our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is meant to work with the Series 190 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have any further questions.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I broke my bedroom window about a year ago just trying to open it. We have been using a stick to prop it open this whole time because we didn't know how to fix it. Thanks to you, I was able to buy the parts, replace the pieces, and have the window working in about 15 minutes. I should have contacted you months ago. Thank you! Your videos on YouTube are a saving grace. You saved us hours of unnecessary work.
