Better-Bilt window balances

I need replacement 28" Full Tilt Spiral Balances for 3 windows (approximately 36 x 60) See photos attached.

Numbers on existing ones I found (pulled one side from each window) are as follows:

J5B 1
HSA 0
FT A 0

Don't know if above characters are zeros or letter O's

Please enlarge images so you can read these.

It looks like this Better-Bilt window balance system is our S900-28 spiral balance. We have three spring weights for you to choose from based on the weight of your sash. Let us know if you have any more questions or are still unsure of which option to choose once you weigh your sash. Thank you.

Hi Jack, no problem. Look over our 26-195 and 26-196 tilt latches. Just be sure to make sure the measurements match what you have now.
