Better-Bilt window tilt latches

Hi folks, just bought a 30 year old house with Better-Bilt tip-out windows, and many of these latches are brittle and/or have broken. Looking for replacement parts, can remove one and get measurements and more photos next week.

Your tilt latch resembles the 26-351 at first glance. Take a look and compare the specifications below to an intact latch. Thanks for posting and let us know if you need anything else.
