Our 26-041 comes to mind but I'm not sure if this is what you have. You may want to remove an undamaged pivot bar to see how the specifications compare. Your tilt latch isn't something we have a match for, unfortunately. We have the 26-351 which is similar in design but there's no guarantee it will replace your old latch. Take a look and see what you think.
