Better Built Pivot Bar Screw and Spring

I need the pivot bar spring and screw for this corner. I think those are the items i need to get this window working again

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 26-375 pivot bar comes to mind which is used with the 26-016 spring. A local hardware store should also be able to match up your old screw if you bring one in. Let us know if you have any questions!
