Better bilt lower window hinge insert

Question

Static part. Is inserted into channel on the bottom of the window. This part then inserts into upright channel part which. Slides up and down with the spiral spring  don't know if i can get email or text on this device. Please call 770 846 7170.  Thanks.  Chris
