Better bilt window latch pair

Question

We ordered 15 of the 26-351 white but it doesn't work. Both the side screw and the top screw are located in a different spot, obviously we didn't measure right or something so I have enclosed photos. Can you help us and can we return these and exchange them for the correct ones?

Unfortunately, Better Bilt discontinued your top tilt latch. My suggestion is to use our 26-351 and carefully drill new holes for the screws. There isn't a latch with identical screw holes for this Better Bilt window, unfortunately.
