Hello, I have two Lowe's BetterBilt windows I need Balance and Carriers for the product numbers were 37404040Fin(47-1/4"x47-1/4") and 37403030Fin(35-1/4"x35-1/4"). Thank you! Bill

I'm afraid I couldn't cross reference those numbers to anything. I'm also not sure what you mean by "carrier." Are you referring to the pivot shoe? If so, I'd like you to remove it from the window and tell me its width and thickness.
For the balance, can you tell me the diameter of the outer tube?
