BetterBilt Balances

Question

A). 1/2" Wide Channel Balance (non-tilt), 25" long (channel ends), window is Betterbilt 1999, marking on balance ("UNIQUE 24-A-10")

B). 1/2" Wide Channel Balance (non-tilt), 25" long (channel ends), window is Betterbilt 1999, markings on balance ("UNIQUE 24-B-20") ("4/10/1999")

General: Both windows are "24" (approx. 36x52) single-hung aluminum. Windows are both single strength glass.

I need the replacements for both balances. Thank you!

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

You will need a 25" balance with a 2410 option and a 2420 option for the other window. Please note that each window sash should have the same stamped balance on either side.
