I'm looking for a few parts here. I top white plastic part (image 4240), the sash cord(?) (image 4242, and the black plastic rail end cap (image 4246). Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

Your top sash guide looks like our black 18-009. Match up its dimensions to yours to confirm.
Regarding the balance chords, we don't sell or recommend replacing the cords in balances. It is too dangerous when you try to put the spring under tension, since the rivet could break and the spring can kick back at you. We recommend buying new complete balances.
