Bi-Fold Wardrobe Door parts

Question

I need a Captured top guide part #128486 and Tensioner with spring part #113863 according to the parts list that came with my door when it was originally purchased.  Are these parts still available?

I'm afraid I wasn't able to match those numbers to anything. Could you show us a few pictures of the hardware in question? Can you also provide your measurements? That would be a huge help.
