You will need to remove your existing hardware from the door in order to match up your dimensions as accurately as possible. 

I want to stress there's a good chance we won't have anything for you. That cap is gonna bother me all weekend, but something tells me it's not something that you'll be able to find on the market. Call it a hunch. You may want to contact a local mom and pop type store who might have older stock lying around. They may know what this is, or even carry it.
