Thanks for writing in. Can you give us the diameter both the cap and the pin? Also, do you happen to know the manufacturer of this bifold door? That will help narrow down the possibilities. Many thanks.

Hi again. Our customer service manager, Nancy, alerted me that you provided her the diameter of the cap and the length of the pin, as well as the fact that the doors were provided by US Plywood. We often ask for the manufacturer of the bifold door since it's often helpful in narrowing down the parts needed for the door (a rare exception in door and window repair). Now, US Plywood actually used a few different manufacturers to build their bifold doors, so I can't narrow down exactly what you need from that information alone. That said, our 21-001 and 21-065 Fenestra Door pivots look very similar to what you have and were used by US Plywood doors, so I suggest you start by taking a look at them. The cap diameter is the same; but you'll want to confirm the diameter of the pin itself as well. If it's 5/16" then I think these should work for you; if it differs even a little though let me know, and we'll do our best to find other options. Many thanks.
