Nylon guide mounted on a 1/8" brass plate, 2" long 5/8" wide. Nylon mounted approx. 1/4" from end, two screw holes 3/4" apart.

Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for the bifold door bifold you are searching for but our 23-318 Pivot Plate is a viable solution. You may need to drill new installation holes to install it but we are confident it can work for you.
