Bifold Door

Quick Learner
Hi! I have a full vu bifold door that I can’t seem to get back on track. The door isn’t sitting high enough so it drags on the bottom and I can’t seem to things aligned. What parts might you recommend to help get this working again?

Hello,

At the bottom corner of the door, there should be a threaded pin similar to the 21-062. You'll need to loosen the top nut and turn the threaded pin clockwise to raise the door to clear the track and square it up in the opening. You didn't show the other pins, so feel free to get back to us with photos of each part if you need to replace anything else on the door. Thank you!

Thank you for your help!! I'm not seeing that part. Here are two more pictures that might help. Please note I pulled it off the track so it was easier to see. However, even when back in the track, the bottom sits too low and there is a large gap up top as you saw in the original full door pic.

again, we truly appreciate your help as bi fold doors are a pain, especially when they are old and metal.

The first photo shows your threaded adjusting pin. Loosen the top nut and turn the threaded pin clockwise to raise the door so it clears the track and is squared up to the opening. If you want to replace it, take a look at the 21-048. The pin is 5/16", which should fit in the 21-205 door bracket.

Hi! You all have been great and helped me with my full vu bifold door. I thought I kept the email/post with the fix for when it drops down and slides/drags across the bottom track but can't find it. It involves adjusting a bottom pin and washer but I can't seem to get it right. Can you tell me what pics/info you need and can you help?
Thanks so much!
