Bifold Door Won't Stay Closed

A handy person from Silver Spring MD says:

The right photo shows the spring assembly, it seems to be broken on one side, though it is hard to tell. When the doors are closed, the rollers press against the spring but won't stay closed.

I purchased your part 23-130 Top slide guide which looked like the broken part, but clearly is different.

I removed the spring, in the bottom of the left photo, and it is larger than the springs in your part.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sorry to hear the 23-130 didn't work for you. You can view our return policy here. Looking at your photo, I think our 23-131 might be a closer match. You'll have to compare your dimensions to ours to confirm, but otherwise they look very close. See the dimensions for the 23-131 below.
