Bifold Door Won't Stay Closed

Question

The right photo shows the spring assembly, it seems to be broken on one side, though it is hard to tell. When the doors are closed, the rollers press against the spring but won't stay closed.

I purchased your part 23-130 Top slide guide which looked like the broken part, but clearly is different.

I removed the spring, in the bottom of the left photo, and it is larger than the springs in your part.
