Bifold Door hardware

Question

I have a home with many metal bifold doors approx 93inches in length each panel and 11 3/4 inches width per panel. The doors are difficult to open, they do not flow on the tracks, they catch many times, do I need new hardware on the doors, I enclose photos. Thanks for the reply

I'll need to know the diameter of your pins in addition to seeing photos of the track as well as the pivot bracket. Do you have pins with nylon caps in tact?
