Bifold Door hinge

A quick learner from Tampa, FL says:
All of the bi-folds in our house (built in 1991) have the hinges shown in the attached
photo. I cannot get the single bi-fold door in one bathroom to stay closed after replacing
the bottom pivot bracket. I have adjusted the door position several times.

I assume the bushings are worn out on the hinge which is why the door will not stay closed.

Hinge dimensions:
* outside leaf (hinge height) 2 3/8 in with holes 2 1/2 in center to center
* inside leaf 1 /1/2 in. with holes 1 in. center to center.

Thank You,

Take a look at our 23-401. This looks very similar to what you have in your photos, though you will likely have to redrill your holes. Let me know what you think.
