Dear Sir/Madam,
I have 8 of the "Model C" doors, as identified on the door label, doors installed in my house. They are probably 50 years old, but they are in good condition serviceable and aesthetically. The only problem that arises from time to time is the rod adjustment.
Yesterday, I found one rod locking crew adjustment threaded nylon insert worn threads and perimeter. I cannot use the inert at all. The threads are worn and the body rotates.
Please advise if you can identify the part number and if you have replacement parts in stock or, an alternate means of securing the rod height into the track.
I am hopeful that I can purchase the minimum order quantity and would request a priority shipping.
