Hello,

We believe that you can use the 21-003 bottom adjusting bi-fold pin as a replacement for yours. Please compare the dimensions to confirm. As for the closing door hinge spring, unfortunately, they are no longer available. Since your original hinges are welded to the door, see the 23-106 self-closing hinge that you might be able to screw on the door to help keep the door shut. Look over these parts and see what you think.
