The metal pin is 3 inches long and quarter of an inch in diameter/wide
Yes, I can confirm it was 3 inches long and quarter inch in diameter/wide. There is no springs with it currently

Your photos resemble the 21-112 nylon pin guide, 21-084, 3" metal pin, and the 21-287 cam lock assembly. Take a look and compare the specifications to yours. Thanks for posting.
