Bifold heavy metal frame doors with mirrors
Thanks for reaching out to us. You have a Leigh bi-fold door with mirrors that has a lot of weight for the 21-108 nylon pin glide, and the track looks worn. You can stay with your setup and change the nylon pin guides, the 21-108, or completely change over to a new track and pins.
The new tracks are the 21-401 and the other sized variants on this page. For the bottom adjusting pin, you can use the 21-002. You will need three 21-007 spring-loaded pins, one for the top pivot and the other two for the top and bottom guide pins. Rubber bumpers and pivot brackets come with the track as well.
However, you might need two 21-250 nylinders for the 21-002 adjusting pin. No nylinders are needed for the 21-007 pins since they come with a nylon tube. See our media guides on this page for pin installations.
I'd like to order the other parts, if they'll work on the older model door. Please advise.
The locking clip should clip on the door's large cutout, as you show in the first photo. If not, being nylon, you can cut them off.
Just note that altered items can't be returned for a refund.
