Thanks for reaching out! The top pivot bracket on your bifold door has been discontinued and is no longer made. We have not been able to source a suitable replacement for it, unfortunately.

We suggest replacing the track and the hardware with a track kit like our 23-553. Take a look at the dimensions of the track and the components included in the kit to determine if this might work for you.
