Bigger version of 21-163?

Hello,

I got these grommets (21-163) for my bi-fold doors, but they don't seem to fit the guide pin. Is there a bigger size available? Thanks in advance!

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Before we recommend anything, can you write out the diameter of the shaft of the guide pin where the cap goes? It would also be helpful to see a photo of the guide pin in question. That should help us narrow down some options.

It looks like the diameter of the guide pin is just over 1/4 inch (5/16ths?) or 80mm.
I've attached photos for reference - please let me know if you need more measurements. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to me! Our 21-152 and 21-111 have an inside diameter of 5/16" but I'm not convinced these are what you need. Please allow us to research this a little further and we will get back to you as soon as we have more information!

We appreciate your patience! The 21-111 is a cap, but I agree that Emily was correct in picking the 21-152. We also have the 21-151 nylinder that works on most doors with a 5/16" pin. Take a look and see what you think.
