Bilt Best replacement parts

Handy Person from Indianapolis
I need new hardware but don't know how to identify the replacement part. I'll describe it the best I can:
1. It's the crank mechanism on the left window of 2 crank (vertical) windows. The left when looking out from the inside.
2. The crank swings the window out and to the left.
3. Crank is located on the bottom sill.
4. the number "40471" appears on the bottom plate.
5. the number "30472 R.H." appears on the main arm.
6. the number "30842R" appears on the shorter arm.

I hope you can help me. I need to buy a new mechanism asap. Thanks.

Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 style operator. I normally just replace the operator unless anything else is broken.

If you need a new handle see 39-205 or the 39-114L.

If you need a new operator cover see 39-107.

I have read the posts but am a bit confused.

The insert piece seems to be my issue. The one end connects to the handle and the other end is the one that threads into the gears. The latter is the part that is worn.

What replacement parts do I need?

Thank you very much!

Can you submit a photo of your original hardware so we can take a look?

Just quick clarification the 39-series is a direct comparable product to the 30842 R's and L's
