Bilt well friction shoe?

I'm not sure if friction shoe is the correct term. Bilt-well double hung windows held up on either side by rubber hardware that's too old to do the job anymore. Easy enough to remove and replace with just the two screws but I can't seem to find the right part. The windows tend to slam shut on their own and I'm worried about my kids fingers.
