BiltBest awning operators broken

I have several BiltBest operators that are not working - crank is broken along shaft or just rotates w/o grabbing. Probably original from 1962-64. Photos attached. Thanks for your help.

I'm afraid that this BiltBest operator is no longer available. You may want to consider changing it over to a newer style awning operator like our 39-015 or 39-083. You will need to modify your sill wood trim cap to accept the new style operator. Let me know what you think.
