There are actually a few possibilities. We carry multiple operators that have this same style base. In order to recommend the best match for your window, we'll need you to open it as wide as it can go and show us a clear top-down photo of the complete mechanism, especially the arms. With that photo, I'm very confident we can recommend a working replacement for your operator.

Thanks, Misty! These photos are perfect. I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032. I think you'll find that these match up quite well in terms of style, but I still recommend comparing your dimensions to ours just to be 100% sure that everything lines up.
