Bizarre screen corner

A professional from Wisconsin says:

Attached please find a picture of a screen corner I need. It is a two ? pronged affair that is 1" square. I've seen them before and simply made a new screen to the same size but this particular particular customer doesn't want that. Please advise if you have, or even know the manufacturer.
Frame is 3/8" thick.

Your corner key has an unusual design. I'm thinking it could have been one from Bayform, which is no longer in business. My suggestion would be to use a corner like the 95-034 or the 95-243, which are for the 3/8" frame and have the 1" "square." See what you think.
