Unfortunately, the sliders for your hinge are not available separately but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set, which is fairly versatile. Take a look and confirm if the base that attaches to the sill of your hinge matches the 10" measurement below. If so, you should be good to go as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges. Unforutnately, we do not carry 9" long hinges, but the 36-048 set should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges.
