Where can i get a replacement plastic retainer collar for the operator handle 39-226

I'm afraid that collar you describe isn't available by itself. It sounds like your operator may have stripped out. If that is the case, you would need an all new operator. We can help, but we would need to see a picture of it out of the window in order to identify.
