Black plastic (maybe nylon) window sash cam

A handy person from Durham, North Carolina. says:
Hi, several of these window sash cams have broken in my windows, but I can't find an exact replacement. Without them I'm unable to engage the window balancer (I have single pane single hung windows) Any help?
