I am looking for the replacement plastic parts fitting at the bottom of the sliding (LH to RH) Jelt-Wen windows with screws. Two (2) parts fit to the bottom of one sash. The window is Jeld-Wen Aluminum type. The black plastic parts are attached to the botttom of the sash and contact the lower rail of the window frame.
Jeld-Wen no longer has the replacement parts and suggented me to contact Swisco.com.
I appreciate if you could find the availability of the replacement part.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a match for the sliding window guide shown in your photos. With that being said, you're welcome to look through our selection here.
