I am afraid that these track slide pieces on hinges are not meant to be replaced individually. When one breaks, it means the entire hinge set in the window should be replaced. Start by comparing the design and dimensions of your old hinges to either the 36-048 or 36-049. See if either of these match what you need. Let me know if anything differs, and if so, how.
