Black plastic thing

Hi,

We just bought a new house. Several of the windows have little as on the opener that pop out from the bottom of the window when I crank them closed. I think possibly the little black square that slides across the bottom of the window needs to be replaced. Do you have them (or other thoughts about what might be wrong)? Thank you!

Thanks for writing in! The plastic square you are searching for is the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider, which slides in the 39-528 Casement Track. This is used on our 39-253LB and 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operators.

I am confident this is what you need but be sure to look over the dimensions.
