Black track guide

Question

The black track guide broke so the window won't close properly. I'm not sure it can be replaced and attached to the metal bar or if the whole metal arm or whole hinge needs to be replaced The picture sent is from the matching window that is not broken.The part broken slides in the track keeping the window tight in the corner.
