2.how do I measure? Just the metal frame of from white piece to white piece?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The top fitting in your second photo is hard to make out since it's out of focus. Can you confirm if it is wingless like the 19-002? If it is, I recommend the S351-25 or S390-25, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

To determine the length, you'll need to measure only the metal channel. Yours should be 25" long. If it is, you can select the 2430 stamp option for your replacements.
