Hi. Can u please look at these pic. We need 12 of 27"x1/2, with channel balance shoe/silver line product 15-025. Please let me know if you can possibly make them.

Hello. Looks like you have a special type of hinge window channel balance. I believe this uses our 15-025 shoe and 19-008 top. Can you confirm? If so, we can custom make these for you.

However, be aware that these have a certain type of configuration; on each window, one side has both the 15-025 and 19-008, but the other side only has the 19-008. Can you confirm that this is the case for your windows? If so, please confirm how many balances you need of the first kind (both top and bottom) and how many balances you need of the second kind (just the top). Please also confirm that the stamp option is the same on each. Generally, they have different stamps.

I know that might be a little confusing. Let me know if you need me to elaborate.

Hi Dave,

I ordered what you have stated, but they were not on the 27 1/2 balances. How do I order the above top and bottom on a 27 1/2 balance? Can you send me the link or can I just email you the credit card information for 12 pieces?

I think you may be confused. I didn't recommend that you buy those attachments, since they are only the nylon pieces. I needed you to confirm that these were in fact the same nylon pieces on your current balances. Then, I needed you to confirm which balances had what configuration, along with some other details I was unsure of. Please carefully re-read my response above and answer my questions as well as you can.

I am send pictures of exactly what I need on a 27 inch balance. Do you need any other information on the balance itself? If you can send me the link or item number to order these it would be much appreciated.

Yes, we do need more information. Please carefully read my response on 5-07-15 and provide me with the information I requested. Once you answer those questions, we can get started for you. These balances need to be set up in a very particular way and it's very important that you answer my questions so that we know what kind of set up you have. If you are confused about my questions, tell me what you're having trouble with and I would be happy to clarify.

I need 12 channel balances 27 inches. On the top side attach 19-008 and on the other side shoe
15-025. Does this clarify it? Thanks

Yes, that is a big help. However, these balance setups are kind of weird since they are used for hinged windows. The left side on one window is not necessarily the same as the right side. For example, one side may have both the 19-008 and 15-025, but then the other side may only have the 15-025. Not only that, but one side may have a different stamp than the other side.

Basically, even though you need 12 of these balances, they may not all be identical. Before I custom make anything for you, I would like you to confirm that all 12 balances are identical in every way with no differences.

This is confirming that the balance are identical with no difference. Each balance will be 27 inches with one side top 19-008, the other end shoe 15-025.
