Blances and pivot shoes

A quick learner from USA says:

The balance is 28" long and 3/8 diameter

The plastic pivot shoe is 7/8 wide and 1/2inch thick and inside diameter is 3/4 inch

I have five vinyl clad windows and need 5 sets.

One lumber supply company thinks these are Croft windows. The track home was build in 2003.
