Bleaney - Window Seal Needed

I am not sure of the window manufacturer but the windows are about 12-13 years old. This trim piece fits on the outside face of the bottom edge of the lower sash sealing against the sill. I was able to find the manufacture name to be Simonson Profinish windows.
