these photos show the bad balancers that were removed from the channel of the window opening. The height of the two sash from top to bottom measure approximately 69".

We have known MW windows to use the Series 870 arrow balances. You will need to match the length and color cap. MW windows have also used the 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches. Confirm our measurements are a match with yours.
