Block & Tackle Balances

Question

I have a rental house with many Milgard windows. Most are having block and tackle balance issues. Looks like I have BSI balances. I know I need four BSI 21 4 RP balances, like the one pictured in the photos. Do have these?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 21-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend you check before placing your order.
